We’ve had a wonderful experience purchasing a 16 ft swim spa from Cal Spa. The owner Ketie was extremely easy to work with. We had to wait for HOA approval and Ketie was very patient about the process. The delivery was on time and went smoothly. Ketie stopped by and educated us on the maintenance of the spa. He also provided chemicals and accessories so we could start as spa owners worry free. We’ve had the spa for 1.5 year. We use it year round even in winter months. Compared to owing a pool, a swim spa is a great choice for us. Having a reliable spa dealer is definitely the most important aspect of buying a spa. Someone that’d respond to your questions and show up for you. Ketie at Cal Spa definitely check all the boxes. The store also has a nice selection of spa/ hot tub, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Cal Spa.

I want to say first, this review is way overdue, but in a good way. We have had our swim spa for about 15 months now and we are extremely happy and satisfied with it! We visited a few other dealers and decided to check the internet. We saw Cal Spas was nearby so we decided to stop and see them. It was the best decision we could have made! Ketie answered all our questions, he very knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable that we felt like we had known each other for years lol . Our swim spa with the stereo component is the best and we have had no problems. Always responsive to my questions and even has helped me learn about spa maintenance. Responds quickly, and if not available, he made sure to give us a call back. He goes above and beyond with his customers as well as being honest and very reasonably priced! We highly recommend Cal Spas!

Very friendly atmosphere, Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Purchase was hassle free with no added pressure. After purchase maintenance items are priced quite reasonably. They came and set up my spa the day they promised and took the time to go over all of the things I might need to know how to keep the spa water balanced. Wow!! I can't express how AMAZING my experience was at Cal Spa! I'm writing this review from my wonderful spa, which I have been in almost everyday since I got it almost a week ago! True quality! Ketie and his wife were AMAZING, answered all my questions, and I was able to partake in a "wet test", which was the deciding factor for me! The delivery was on another level, Ketie and his technician (forgot his name) took customer service to another level. Spa delivered in 1 day! Furthermore, I went to almost every spa store in the Vegas area, did a TON of research, and American made, quality, and great customer service were all vital to me, which I only found at Cal Spa. If you are still looking, look no further. I highly recommend Cal Spa!

Man where do I start Shawna & Kettie were top flight A-1 front he start in helping us make our decision as to where to go for our pool spa . We did ALOT of research with multiple companies and this was the best bang for our buck . Kettie even worked with us on the price to secure a better deal and still got us all the bells and whistles was in constant communication with us the whole time . Helped us out with financing got a better rate than anyone in town and even helped us out with electric for the spa . And as well as delivering told us a date (July 4th ) got in before promised so we can have fun in the sun . I’m telling you go no where else if you are a serious buyer this is the place . This was the 3rd place we visited to purchase a hot tub. Should have went here first! Friendly salespeople and they go above and beyond to make sure they can help you with your hot tub needs. The other businesses we visited seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with our situation. Cal Spas was awesome and figured out how to get it be tub in and old tub out of our partially enclosed hot tub area. Really appreciate Shauna and Ketie figuring it all out for us!

If you are looking for a spa do yourself a favor and go visit Ketie. We tried to buy a spa from 3 other local companies and left discouraged and disappointed. Ketie was very friendly and professional. He listened to our needs and matched us perfectly to a spa (Avalon model) that we now use almost every night. We saved thousands of dollars over a comparable competitor's spa that we definitely would still be waiting for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We got Best price in town for our Calspa more a year now and Katie still continue to communicate and assist with our questions and supplies need. Always grateful doing business with Hot/Tubs Dreams in Paradise.

I originally went to this store nearly a year ago. I spoke with a man named Ketie. He appeared to be very knowledable about the hot tubs. At the time I wanted to get one but had a very busted up tub on my premises bud didn't know what to do with it or what it would cost to get rid of it. Well I found a tub I loved at Cal Spa and felt I got a decent deal on it plus they promised to get rid of the old busted tub as well. 3-4 days later they were on their way to install the new tub. Several hours later I had my new tub in place and the old one removed as promised. It has been about a month now and Ive had questions about this or that. So far Ive had no problems with my tub or getting questions answered immediately. Ketie has even come to my home to show me how to stay ahead on maintaining my tub. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service.Thanks Ketie and thanks Cal Spa!

Nice selection of hot tubs and spas, and great customer service. Keady (sic) was very courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable about the various spas and hot tubs on the market. The prices weren't bad, but still above my budget. Got some really good ideas on the size and type of hot tub I would need for the area I'm working with.
